This morning was amazing, Lilith went out for her morning walk and was so excited. The sun was coming up and the air crisp, she wondered around the front yard, down the hill, on the driveway, and so badly wanted to go for a walk like she used to, but once at the road she noticed how tired she was. She sat at my feet enjoying the spring air and watched her human sisters leave for school, watched some cats at the neighbors house (yes she wants to chase them, but it’s too much work now lol). She did her morning business and went back to the front door.
It amazes me that it has only been about a week and a half and she does so great!!! Humans should take notice to the sheer determination these animals have to gain their normal life back as quick as possible!!

And yes, dogs (and cats) are amazing… they are so resilient and live life to the fullest… always!

Wonderful to hear how well she’s doing! For Lilith to be outdoors with her human by her side is pure bliss! Our dogs really teach us how to “stop and smell the roses” while they’re stopping and smelling the squirrels! 🙂
